It was entirely my pleasure to be a part of Kerry & Corey’s wedding day earlier this month. Kerry, and I first met last year at an Amy and Jordan Workshop in Scottsdale, AZ. So, I was obviously over the moon to have the opportunity to reunite with her in SUCH a special way.
This wedding was, the most meant-to-be event I have literally ever attended. From start to finish, there was, what I call a “relaxed-readiness” in the air. Which to me, is the feeling you get from two people so in love, that the “day of” jitters, or chaotic atmosphere that can sometimes take hold of a wedding day – simply do not exist. The idea of marrying their soulmate was enough to relax, and carry them through their day. This is absolutely something you can feel as a bystander. And let me tell you, it transfers into their photos!
Kerry, made a point of letting me know that she is “awkward” in front of the camera. As a fellow photographer, I can relate sister! However, I don’t see awkward at all, and I didn’t the day of either. I saw, to put it simply, sheer happiness.
This intimate venue, combined with an intimate wedding located in the heart of downtown Phoenix was SO much fun. I may have exhausted these two with my need for photos downtown, but I think it was worth it! Kerry was rocking orange converse, how could I not walk her through a city full of colorful art?!! They were great sports, and I’m so glad because I love the variation in their wedding album❤️
Kerry & Cory, you two are so perfect! Thank you for letting me be a part of your day!
Amazing light, stunning locations, and the most beautiful day! We are SO HAPPY that you were the one to make the memory of this day last forever. Thank you, Jen, for your incredible talent, your super fun attitude, and your kindness! We are over the MOON with our photos!! You are the BEST!!
Awe thanks Kerry!! You’re so sweet!
