Can I just tell you guys how much I adored Karen and Ryan’s Kiva Club wedding earlier this spring!?! By earlier this spring, I mean February. Arizona is lucky enough to consider that spring.

We first met Karen and Ryan last fall, where we shot their epic Superstition Mountain engagement session! I knew after that day that we were going to have a lot of fun on their wedding day!

Karen and Ryan were our first couple to have two ceremonies on their wedding day. One Western ceremony, and one Chinese tea ceremony. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but it was such an amazing experience! We loved being able to capture the interactions as well as the tradition of the Chinese Tea Ceremony.

Traditions and ceremonies aside, Karen and Ryan’s first look came with all of the feels. It was during their first look that they decided to read their own special vows to one another, and oh boy! Cue the waterworks! Totally something I recommend for a first look.

Karen and Ryan were so wonderful to work with. We loved their day so much, but you know what I love more than a kind and fun loving couple? Family members that match their personalities!! These two were surrounded by so much love and good vibes! Which in my opinion, helped make for such a beautiful wedding day.
