You guys! Samantha and Josh’s spring wedding at The Kiva Club this March was honestly, perfection! The soft lighting all day (listen I love a good cloudy day, OK?!) with everything being outdoors, right down to their lovey dovey vibes – this day was perfect!

I’m not going to lie, I had a feeling this day would be everything it was, and more after our engagement session together. These two hiked all the way to Devil’s Bridge with me!! Which I never blogged, because sometimes I am the absolute WORST at posting!! But here are some pics, because there is no possible way I can tell this story without sharing the photos!

Please understand, all-in-all we hiked 5ish miles for these photos! Then, we stayed too long playing (my fault for sure!) in what we photographers call, “golden hour” and ended up walking half of the way back in the pitch black Sedona sky. AFTER, of course, I told the dumbest/worst story about someone getting attacked after their car broke down in the middle of no where at night. (I’m cool…omg)

I assumed, when telling the story, that we would be walking in daylight the entire time. Not that my story phased Sam or Josh probably at all, but I was freaked out! So, I successfully scared myself from my own awful story! Amazing. The last 15 minutes of our hike we were all silently walking as fast as we could to get back to the car. LOL! It was funny then, it’s funnier now!

Anyway, it was during this shoot that I realized how cool and in love these two were! And if there is one thing that makes for some great photos, it’s relaxed and in love people!

As if I needed more of a reason to be obsessed with this day – about 10 minutes into me arriving in Samantha’s suite for getting ready photos, she tells me they’re pregnant! AHHHH!! WHAT?! All of the heart eyes!

There was just honestly all of the love on this day. I mean, they even made signing their marriage license look adorable, OK?! I just couldn’t be happier that we were able to be a part of it all! So, thank you Samantha + Josh!!
