I’m so excited to share every single one of my blogs, but Kara and Charlie’s Chicago engagement session makes it to the top. Here’s why: They lived in Chicago at the time of this session, but have since moved to Arizona and are having their wedding here in Arizona at one of my all time favorite venues, Copperwynd Resort!

We were able to schedule this shoot on the same weekend that I was already planning to be in town for 2 other sessions. These two happily wandered their city rooftop, as well as the streets of Chicago for some of their favorite locations, all at 9am on a Saturday! How awesome is that?!

I love couples that are trusting, and up for whatever! I also love love love originality when it comes to engagement session locations, and I’d like to think they nailed it on that.

So, instead of my usual hike in the mountains of AZ for a shoot, we “hiked” the concrete tundra of Chitown! Aye!!

Per my last 3 blog posts, this is definitely from 2019. (Don’t judge me!) I’d like to clarify too, that blog posts are different than album delivery. We deliver images fast! Just don’t always get around to sharing them with the world of social media.

However, I had to get on sharing these because these two get married NEXT MONTH!! And I’m very excited!
