Kelsey + Mike’s winter engagement session at Morton Arboretum was something directly out of a winter magazine ad, I swear! Don’t they look cozy?! And trust me, it was cold!

Every now and then, when you’re least expecting it, you hit it off so effortlessly with a client. Kelsey and Mike were that for me. We spoke over a zoom call, I seriously think at most, 2 weeks prior to this session. We had a great chat that ended with an almost immediate booking and within the week we planned their engagement session!

Now, for those following me on social, you may have noticed that we just moved to Illinois. Natives of the cold and Illinois, but having lived in Arizona the last 7 years has left us a bit out of sorts this winter. Life whenever you move feels a bit off, let alone when you do it with a family and across the country! But starting my 2022 off with these two amazing humans, and getting to enjoy the beauty that is the midwest did more for me than they’ll ever know!
